At Willow House Counselling, we believe healing grows through community, connection, and nature. Our sessions are designed to bring you into the present moment, blending the therapeutic process with the grounding power of the outdoors.
Each session follows a simple, supportive structure:

10 minutes to settle in and connect at the office

35 minutes of mindful river walk and talk

5 minutes for gentle reflection

10 minutes of guided journaling to capture insights
This rhythm allows space for movement, conversation, and quiet integration. Whether through walking side by side, listening to the flow of water, or writing down what arises, each step is part of your healing journey.
We understand that everyone’s needs are different, so sessions are flexible. You can choose from 30, 45, or 60 minutes, each adapted to provide the same balance of presence and care.
